Here at Sweety Guy HQ we pride ourselves on providing the very best subscription boxes!
Our mission is to bring a smile to everyone's face and that means if something is wrong we want to know!
All sales are final – no returns.
The only time a return is permitted is if the product has been delivered to you in an unsatisfactory condition or if the goodies inside your box are not edible.
Products Delivered in an Unsatisfactory Condition
In an unlikely event that your box arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please email us images at email@example.com with the subject line "Issue with delivery or box" and explain as simply as possible what the issue is.
We will replace any products delivered in an unsatisfactory condition free of charge if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. No refund is permitted for products that have arrived in an unsatisfactory condition.
Shipping dates are provided as an estimate based on orders most similar to yours and does not include final delivery time to your address. We do not guarantee your order will ship by this date, this is only an estimate provided to us by the carrier we use. We do not provide any refunds, discounts or any compensation for orders that do not ship by the estimated date.
We are unable to immediately ship or exceedingly expedite your order. All products require a minimum of 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Multi-product orders and some orders may take longer due to high demand. We do not guarantee your order will be produced by a specific date, this is only an estimate. We do not provide any refunds, discounts or any compensation for orders that require additional production time.
